Terms & Conditions
By using this website or booking a service with Howl and Towel, you agree to the following terms:

  • Appointment Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed via phone, message, or email
  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. This will be retained if the appointment is cancelled without sufficient notice
  • Cancellations & No-Shows: A fee may apply for late arrivals, no-shows, or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice
  • Health Requirements: Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and must not show signs of contagious illness. If a dog presents symptoms, the groom may be refused or suspended, and the full grooming fee will still apply
  • Aggression & Safety: If a dog shows signs of aggression or poses a safety risk, the groom may be refused or suspended. In such cases, the full fee remains payable
  • Hand Stripping & Bathing: Dogs booked for hand stripping will only be bathed if the owner has signed a release form acknowledging the potential risk of irritation or infection
  • Pricing: Prices are based on breed, size, and coat condition. Additional charges may apply for matting, infestations, or excessive coat maintenance

Loyalty Scheme – Terms & Conditions

At Howl and Towel Mobile Dog Grooming, we love rewarding our regular clients! Our loyalty scheme is designed to say thank you for your continued support. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully:

Eligibility

  • The loyalty scheme is available to all clients of Howl and Towel Mobile Dog Grooming
  • Only Full Grooms, Full De-shed Grooms, and Full Hand Strip Grooms qualify towards the scheme
  • Puppy grooms, maintenance grooms, nail trims, face tidy-ups, or any other standalone services do not count towards the loyalty programme

How it Works

  • For every qualifying full groom, you will receive one loyalty stamp
  • After a set number of stamps your next qualifying groom will be discounted or free — as detailed on your loyalty card or confirmed by the groomer
  • The groomer will update your loyalty status at the time of each appointment

Validity

  • Loyalty stamps and rewards are valid for 12 months from the date of your first qualifying groom
  • Any unused stamps will expire after 12 months

Non-Transferable

  • The loyalty scheme is non-transferable and may only be used by the original pet registered for grooming
  • Stamps cannot be shared across multiple pets or clients

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments may result in the forfeiture of a loyalty stamp

Scheme Changes

  • Howl and Towel reserves the right to change, pause, or withdraw the loyalty scheme at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes will be updated on our website

Fair Use

  • The loyalty scheme is offered at the discretion of Howl and Towel Mobile Dog Grooming
  • Abuse or misuse of the scheme may result in removal from the program
